Privacy Policy
p65.com is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect from registered players in the Philippines, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
How p65.com Approaches Your Data
Six guiding principles that underpin how p65.com collects, uses, and protects the personal data of Filipino players. These are not just statements — they are reflected in the legal text of this Policy.
Collect Only What's Needed
p65.com collects the minimum personal data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process Philippine Peso transactions, and comply with PAGCOR regulatory obligations. We do not collect data that serves no legitimate operational or legal purpose.
Be Clear About How It's Used

Protect It Technically
Your data is protected in transit and at rest using 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard storage security measures. p65.com undergoes regular security reviews to identify and remediate vulnerabilities that could expose player data.
Control Third-Party Access
p65.com shares data with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver platform services. All third parties with access to player data are bound by data processing agreements that restrict their use of the data to stated purposes only.
Respect Your Rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Filipino players have the right to access, correct, object to, and request deletion of their personal data. p65.com provides clear mechanisms for exercising these rights and responds to valid requests within the timelines required by law.
Retain Only as Long as Necessary
p65.com retains personal data only for as long as required to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory obligations. Data that is no longer needed is securely deleted or anonymized.
