1 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

2 Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement

3 Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered account with p65.com. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and any balance or bonus proceeds may be forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information
You represent and warrant that all information provided during account registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. 4 Account Security
4.1 Player Responsibility

4.2 Unauthorized Access

7 Bonuses and Promotions

8 Gaming Rules

12 Limitation of Liability

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p65.com and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from or in connection with use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings due to technical malfunction; loss arising from unauthorized account access; loss arising from reliance on incomplete or inaccurate game information displayed due to software error.
12.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability
Subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in the Philippines, p65.com's maximum aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their p65.com account in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13 Privacy and Data
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data provided by players in connection with their p65.com account is governed by the p65.com Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy is available at p65com.app/privacy-policy.
By registering an account with p65.com, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of such data for KYC verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service communication purposes. p65.com processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.
14 Amendments to These Terms
p65.com reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, p65.com will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the amendments take effect, except where shorter notice is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the p65.com platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendment's effective date. Outstanding real money balances will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.
15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
